As a biological scientist, I know all too well that lab life can be both rewarding and limiting. While fulfilling for "lab rats" like me, there's a whole world to explore beyond the bench. But also, I have come to a realisation that some of the solutions to my experimental problems have been conceived away from the bench, and Inspired by that notion, I am venturing beyond lab life, and I intend to share some of these experiences such as cooking, travel, and more with the scientific community, or with those who enjoy reading beyond the usual journals. It's time to rejuvenate and replenish!
